As the shop has just opened shop, the focus is currently in the UK, however please do get in touch should you have a specific area in mind and we can discuss.

We’re afraid we do not take preorders for our work, however the shop is updated periodically when new pieces are ready for sale. We update instagram and also let subscibers know in a newsletter.

We recommend hand-washing, avoiding the microwave and strongly-staining food and drink. However, we have used the dishwasher for our products for many years with very few issues.

Fabiola began her pottery journey working on commissions, so it is something she absolutely enjoys doing. Please feel free to get in touch via our contact form with the details of your enquiry.

We are able to take larger orders e.g for restaurants or Cafes, please do get in touch with the details of your enquiry via the contact form.

Our priority is for you to receive your pottery as swiftly as possible, therefore we aim to dispatch your items for delivery within 1-2 days.
Should your item not be dispatched after 2 days, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the contact form.

All packaging is recyclable except the loosefill (these look like cheetos/wotsits) which are biodegradable.

Although you are able to put items into your virtual shopping cart, these items are not reserved for you until the transaction is complete. This means someone else may purchase this item in the meantime.
